These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Streann YesUCan ("YesUCan", "we", "us", "our"), the platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
YesUCan helps you generate, schedule and publish social media campaigns, including AI-generated content, to platforms you connect such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads. We act on your instructions: we publish content only after you approve it, and we run ads only under ad accounts you have authorized.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite to your workspace complies with these Terms. You may not share your login credentials.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you upload or generate. You grant YesUCan a limited license to host, process, transform (for example by adding branding or captions) and publish that content to the platforms you connect, solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or generate.
Paid plans and campaign fees are billed through Stripe. You authorize recurring subscription charges and per-campaign charges according to the plan you select. Fees are stated in the pricing shown at signup. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy or where required by your jurisdiction. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for.
YesUCan, its branding, software and design are our property. AI-generated content you create is yours to use, subject to the rights of any underlying inputs. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific campaign results, reach, or engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Connected platforms
Connecting a social platform is optional but required to publish to it. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms and for the content published to your accounts. You may revoke a connection at any time. We store access tokens securely and never expose them to the browser.
