Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address and password (or social sign-in profile) when you create an account.

Business and campaign information: details you provide about your business, brand, target audience, campaign goals, ad budgets and the content (text, images, video, audio) you upload or generate.

Usage information: how you use YesUCan, including the campaigns and posts you create, approvals and scheduling choices, and device/browser information.

Payment information: billing and subscription data is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google Ads), you authorize YesUCan through that platform's official OAuth 2.0 login. We request only the minimum permissions needed to manage your campaigns — for example, permission to publish posts you approve, to read engagement metrics, or to manage ad accounts.

The access tokens issued by these platforms are stored on our servers and are never sent to your browser or exposed in our app. You can revoke a connection at any time from your account, which deletes the stored token immediately. You can also revoke access from within each platform's own settings.

Each platform's own terms and privacy policy apply to the data held by that platform. YesUCan does not sell your social data or share it with third parties for advertising.

We use your information to:

• create and operate your account;
• generate campaign proposals, content and creative assets;
• publish content to the social platforms you have connected, on your instruction;
• collect performance metrics so you can review results;
• process payments and manage your subscription;
• provide support and improve the service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your business and campaign data.

If you remove YesUCan's access from a connected platform, or use the platform's data-deletion request, we delete the corresponding connection and stored token. Meta users can trigger data deletion directly from their Facebook app settings; we process that request automatically.

We share information only with service providers that help us run YesUCan (for example Stripe for payments, and AI providers that generate your content), and only as necessary. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and row-level access controls so that each user can only access their own data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@yesucan.ai.

YesUCan is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
